About This Event
A community health and wellness event designed to educate, support and empower women navigating perimenopause, menopause and beyond. The program includes three stages, 15+ expert-led sessions, workshops, a curated vendor marketplace, a Wellness Sanctuary and opportunities for community connection.
Organized by Hot Flash Heroes, co-founded by Cherie Little of Xena Health and Jessica Waugh of The Pause Affect.
Tickets: early-bird General Admission $10 plus service fee; early-bird VIP $175 plus service fee; group packages and later regular/day-of tiers are also offered. Prices and availability may change on the organizer’s page.
